Terms & Conditions
- The “Upsize Your Chaser Bin for Half Price” promotion is offered by Coolamon Steelworks Pty Ltd (ABN 77 151 800 127).
- The promotion runs from 10 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive.
- The offer applies to eligible new Coolamon Chaser Bins purchased from participating Coolamon dealers or directly from Coolamon during the promotion period. Eligible machines may be supplied from available dealer stock, Coolamon stock or available 2026 production build slots.
- Customers purchasing a Coolamon 30T20 Chaser Bin may upgrade to a 36T20 Chaser Bin and receive a discount of $6,600 including GST ($6,000 excluding GST) from the standard upgrade price.
- Alternatively, the same discount of up to $6,600 including GST may be applied toward upgrading to another eligible Coolamon Chaser Bin size. The customer is responsible for paying any remaining difference in price.
- This promotion is available while eligible stock and production build slots last. Product availability, specifications and anticipated delivery timing should be confirmed with the supplying Coolamon dealer before purchase.
- The offer is not retrospective and cannot be applied to purchases or orders completed before 10 August 2026.
- The promotional discount must be applied at the time of purchase and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Standard Coolamon and participating dealer sales, payment, freight and delivery terms apply. Any finance arrangements are subject to separate application, approval and applicable lender terms.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
