This Yardsman position is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — you will be responsible for keeping our yard and facility organised, clean and supporting smooth operations for the whole team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating forklifts to handle parts and finished machinery
• Assisting with stock organisation and supporting workshop and production teams when required
• General yard maintenance and upkeep
• Contributing to a safe, tidy and team-oriented workplace

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift licence – required
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
• Physically capable of hands-on duties
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

What You’ll Do

• Assist in selling Coolamon products including parts and machinery
• Support senior sales staff with customer enquiries, quotes, and demos
• Help coordinate deliveries, field days, and on-site inspections
• Build trusted relationships with farmers, contractors, and ag businesses
• Gain a strong understanding of seasonal demands and client needs

• A genuine interest in agriculture and machinery
• A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Computer and admin skills
• Driver’s licence
• A great attitude, reliability, and a passion for the ag industry.
